Hands-On Engineering Team Lead - FMCG, 4-on 4-off

Synergi Recruitment in Enfield is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to manage a small team of three Multi-Skilled Engineers on a fast-paced FMCG site. This hands-on leadership role keeps you on the tools while coaching and driving performance each shift.

The role centers on planned, preventive and reactive maintenance, resolving complex breakdowns and improving plant reliability. You'll use SAP PM for activity and reporting within a 4 on/4 off rotating days/nights schedule.
