Hands-On CI Manufacturing Engineer

Andy File Associates Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer focused on continuous improvement at our Hull site. The role involves hands-on engineering on the shop floor to drive process optimisation, efficiency, and quality improvements across Production, Quality, Design and Supply Chain teams.

You will identify opportunities, investigate issues, and implement practical solutions that reduce waste and costs while improving right-first-time performance.
