Hair Salon Manager - Lead, Grow & Earn with Uncapped Commissions

Rush Hair Ltd in Dorking is seeking a driven Hair Salon Manager to lead our busy salon. You will take full responsibility for team performance, client experience and daily operations, with the support of a well-established brand.

We offer a fixed salary for the first three months (£36k per year) and after that uncapped service and retail commissions plus a guaranteed monthly bonus. Paid induction training and ongoing education are provided to help you grow.
