Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality beverages and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty drinks, while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and making personalized recommendations.
• Operating and maintaining coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision and care.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, including restocking supplies and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Handling transactions accurately, processing cash and card payments efficiently.
• Working as part of a team, supporting colleagues during busy periods and ensuring smooth service flow.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations, ensuring all drinks are prepared in compliance with food hygiene standards.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about coffee. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer serving role (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn, with an interest in developing barista skills further.
• Reliability and flexibility, including the ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts as required.
