Gym Operations Leader: Membership Growth & Service

JD Gyms in Glasgow is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the gym's day-to-day operations and drive membership growth. The role requires a proactive leader who can manage early mornings, evenings and weekends while upholding health, safety and brand standards.

You will supervise staff, ensure cleanliness, run safety checks, and push for sales targets. Prior management experience in a leisure facility and a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification are preferred.
