Gym Operations & Membership Growth Lead

JD Gyms Bournemouth is seeking a proactive gym manager to run the facility, maintain high standards, grow membership and lead the team alongside the General Manager.

The role requires early mornings, weekends, and commitment to safety and brand standards, with a focus on delivering excellent member service and achieving sales targets.

You'll drive local marketing activity, supervise cleaners, ensure cleanliness and safety, and act as an ambassador for the JD Gyms brand.
