Gym Manager: Lead Team & Elevate Member Experience

PureGym Group is seeking an experienced Gym Manager to drive the performance of a busy club, overseeing financials and people development, while leading a team of Personal Trainers and fitness staff.

Reporting to a Cluster Manager, you will recruit staff, improve member experience, manage budgets, and collaborate with other gym managers to raise standards across the cluster. This is a supportive, progression-oriented environment at PureGym.
