Gym Manager - Lead Team, Drive Performance & Growth

PureGym Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Gym Manager to lead our Sunderland club. The role will drive club performance, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure outstanding member experiences. You will recruit and develop Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches, foster teamwork, and continuously improve service and standards.

Reporting into a Cluster Manager, you will collaborate with other Gym Managers to strengthen performance across the area and uphold PureGym values and culture.
