Gym Duty Manager: Lead Service, Drive Sales & Member Experience

Nuffield Health in Romford is seeking a Duty Manager for our Fitness and Wellbeing Club. This permanent, full-time role covers opening and closing the club and delivering exceptional member service.

You will lead a team, engage with members to boost satisfaction, and help hit sales targets while upholding safety standards. The role requires swimming ability and willingness to train for Lifeguard duties on site.
