Gwynedd Homelessness & Support Services Lead

Darogan is seeking a proactive Co-ordinator of Homelessness and Support Services for Gwynedd. You will lead the homelessness and support teams, ensuring compassionate, compliant service delivery across the county.

You will work closely with the Service Manager, manage contracts, monitor performance, and drive improvements that benefit vulnerable residents while upholding Council policies and local strategies in North Wales.
