Gulliver's Leadership Trainee Academy - 12th year, fast growing theme park resorts seeking the next generation of leaders.

From day one you'll be immersed in operations, leading teams, making decisions, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Programme overview

• 12 month rotation across multiple departments: rides & attractions, food & beverage, accommodation, retail, and guest experience
• A tailored industry training programme to build management skills
• Mentorship and guidance from senior leaders
• Ownership of bespoke projects that challenge and stretch your abilities

Qualifications

• Graduate or entry level enthusiast with experience or interest in leisure, tourism, or hospitality
• Eligible to work in the UK (proof required)
