Guest Services Team Lead - Luxury Front Desk

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Team Leader to support two senior managers and guide a 16-person team across ground and client floors, delivering exceptional guest services.

The role is full-time, permanent, with a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri) and a shift rota between 7:30 AM and 7 PM. The salary is £38,000 per annum, with ongoing learning and development opportunities and a range of employee benefits.
