Guest Services Supervisor: Lead Front Office & F&B

Marriott International in Swansea is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to support Front Office and Food & Beverage teams and help deliver excellent guest service across the hotel.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll direct associates across the hotel, coordinate shifts and provide support when colleagues or guests need you. You'll lead by example, ensuring service runs smoothly and standards are maintained.
