Guest Services Lead, Food & Beverage (Events)

Arena Racing Company is seeking an enthusiastic Guest Services Food & Beverage supervisor to join the Holiday Inn, Wolverhampton Racecourse. You will lead a busy F&B team, deliver outstanding guest service from arrival to departure, and support events and weddings.

You'll manage rosters, stock, training and service standards, while maintaining brand standards and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and racegoers alike.
