Role OverviewAre you passionate about delivering warm welcomes and unforgettable guest experiences? As Guest Relations Manager, you will take the lead in ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive to the time they depart. You'll be the face of the guest journey, overseeing personalised service and driving continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with guests throughout their stay, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism, empathy, and timely resolution
- Manage and respond to special requests, personalising each visit
- Lead and motivate a small, dedicated guest services team
- Collaborate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and reservations teams to ensure operational excellence
- Support and contribute to guest-focused events and engagement initiatives
