Job Description
Guest Services Assistant

Whinfell Forest £13.20 per hour

Start every break with a warm welcome

From check-in to check-out, you'll help guests settle in, answer their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. It's about great service, quick solutions and being the person people turn to.

What you'll be doing
  • Checking guests in and welcoming them to the village
  • Answering questions by phone and in person
  • Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings

Your working hours
  • Part time, shifts typically fall between 12:00pm and 10:00pm
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over a 4 week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes evenings and bank holidays

  • Friendly, confident and clear when communicating
  • Comfortable with booking systems (or happy to learn)
  • Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems
