Start every break with a warm welcome
From check-in to check-out, you'll help guests settle in, answer their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. It's about great service, quick solutions and being the person people turn to.
What you'll be doing- Checking guests in and welcoming them to the village
- Answering questions by phone and in person
- Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings
- Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa)
- Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurants
- Bonus scheme and recognition rewards
- A supportive, friendly team
- Career development and in role training
- Part time, shifts typically fall between 12:00pm and 10:00pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48 hours over a 4 week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings and bank holidays
- Friendly, confident and clear when communicating
- Comfortable with booking systems (or happy to learn)
- Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems
