Guest Services & Visitor Experience Host

The National Trust is seeking a Service Team Member for Calke Abbey, Staunton Harold, and Foremark to support busy visitor operations. You will help meet targets, resolve issues, and deliver great service across locations.

Reporting to the Senior Visitor Experience Officer, you'll greet visitors, help across sites, and share responsibility for welcoming guests. This full role requires flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays on a seven-day rota.
