Guest Services & Reception Assistant (20h/wk)

Premier Inn in Hemel Hempstead West is seeking a Ground Floor Team Member to join our busy hotel team. The role is 20 hours per week with shifts including evenings and weekends, and pay up to £13.06 per hour.

You'll welcome guests, help them check in, serve breakfast or dinner, and assist with guest requests to ensure a smooth stay. No two shifts are the same - you may check in families, recommend local dining, or resolve guest questions.
