Guest Services & Booking Lead - Wimbledon Community Centre

Wimbledon is hiring for a front-of-house role at the Wimbledon Qualifying and Community Sports Centre (Roehampton). You will welcome visitors, handle bookings and payments, and provide first aid support if needed while maintaining high service standards and working evenings/weekends as per the rota.

The post requires strong customer service, excellent communication, and experience with CRM and booking systems, plus DBS clearance. A commercial sports environment experience is desirable.
