Guest Relations Manager

The key role for you as our Guest Relations Manager will be to ensure that the service provided by the guest relations team exceeds the normal guest experience. You will be expected to maintain and grow the relationship between the hotel and our VIPs and regular guests, supporting them in resolving any issues that may arise.

We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager who will:
- Ensure the smooth running of the department on a day-to-day basis with effective communication.
- Liaise with relevant Front of House teams to ensure guest satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, financial goals, and responsible business targets are met.
- Play a hands-on role, leading by example, and taking opportunities to motivate, train, and inspire the Guest Relations team members.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and have excellent knowledge of Opera.

- Have previous experience as a Guest Relations Manager or Duty Manager in a hotel.
