Overview

The Store Hotel is a lifestyle luxury and boutique hotel set in the heart of Oxford. It sits in the historic Boswells building and offers 101 bedrooms that delight guests with a sense of curiosity and wonder.

We are looking for a passionate, professional and guest focused Guest Relations Executive who thrives on creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional service to every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing a warm and personalised welcome to guests.
  • Building strong relationships and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Managing guest feedback, queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Anticipating guest needs and identifying opportunities to enhance their stay.
  • Supporting VIP arrivals and special requests.
  • Working collaboratively with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and helping drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of hotel services, facilities and local area recommendations.
  • Supporting guest communications before, during and after their stay.
What we are looking for
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred).
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions focused in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays where required.
