Guest-Focused Restaurant Assistant Flexible Hours

Alfa Holiday Group is seeking a Restaurant Assistant at Norfolk Royale Hotel, Bournemouth to help provide excellent guest service during breakfast, dinner, and occasional lunch. You will work 15-30 hours per week with weekend and split shifts, at an hourly rate of £13.45.

As part of our team, you will keep service areas clean, assist guests with dining requests, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. This role supports our growing, employee-owned business ethos.
