Guest-Focused F&B Assistant Bar, Restaurant & Events

Copthorne Hotel Newcastle, part of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, seeks a Food & Beverage Assistant to support the bar, restaurant and functions team in delivering great guest service.

Hours are 20 per week at the Newcastle property. The role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, processing payments, and providing warm, welcoming service in line with brand standards. Shifts include weekends around festive events.
