Guest-Focused F&B Assistant - Training & Growth

Dalata Hotel Group Plc is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant - Casual at Maldron Hotel Manchester Central in the Cathedral Quarter. You will be supported by training through our Dalata Academy and will join a friendly team dedicated to guest service.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, you will greet regular guests by name, upsell, assist with bar and restaurant duties, and contribute to a positive dining experience.
