Job Description
Overview 
- An Amazing opportunity has arisen to join Edwardian Hotels as a Guest Experience Ambassador.
- You will respond to all guest communication professionally ensuring personalisation and customisation to deliver excellence in service.
- You will take ownership of all guest requests and feedback, either prior to arrival, during their stay or after check out.
- You will work proactively with the local hotel teams to drive guest engagement, highlighting any issues or areas of improvement.
- This role will also be involved in assisting the Reservations team on all communication platforms with any booking amendments, cancellations and other booking updates including but not limited to billing instructions and data entry.
- You will work closely with the reservations department to ensure that payments and revenues are recorded correctly.
- You will maximise revenue by actioning all non arrival bookings, hotel cross charges, book out revenue, advance payments and sales ledger queries.
- Previous experience either within hotel guest relations or reception within a 4 or 5 Star Hotel.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and ideally additional languages
