Guest Experience Receptionist - Leisure Operations

Merlin Entertainments is recruiting a Leisure Operations Receptionist for Alton Towers Resort. The role is based on site within our Hotels team, with typical hours including weekends.

You will welcome guests, manage admissions and bookings, and help ensure smooth guest journeys across our waterpark and golf attractions. We value a friendly, energetic, guest-focused approach and previous reception experience is desirable.
