Guest Experience Receptionist - 20hrs, Flexible Shifts

Lancaster City Council is seeking a permanent part-time position at the award-winning Salt Ayre Leisure Centre. As the face of the Centre, you will deliver exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries in person, via email, social media, and phone.

This post is for 20 hours per week on a shift rota, aligned with the centre's operating hours. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, commitment to service, and share our organisational values of Pride, Ownership, Working Together, and Ambition.
