Guest Experience Manager - Hospitality & Team Leadership

Vertiq Hospitality Partners B.V. is seeking a Guest Services Manager for Four Points by Sheraton, Edinburgh Haymarket.

The role requires leadership of the front desk and guest services teams to deliver exceptional Marriott-brand hospitality in a busy city hotel. You will oversee guest experiences, ensure Opera PMS and related systems are used effectively, and drive continuous service improvement while maintaining compliance with health, safety and alcohol regulations.
