Guest Experience Leader: Create Feel-Good Moments

McDonald's United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Experience Leader in Bangor to welcome guests and create feel-good moments across Early Mornings, Afternoons and Evenings, on weekdays and weekends.

You will work with restaurant management to continuously improve the service experience, use training and initiative, build rapport with customers, recover service issues, and keep energy high in our fast-moving environment.
