Guest Experience Leader - Front Desk & Reservations Pro

Accor Hotels at Novotel Cambridge North is looking for a Receptionist to welcome guests, handle front-of-house duties and provide exceptional service across the guest journey.

You will be trained in front-of-house functions and safety, work with a multinational team, and contribute to the guest experience while supporting banking and reservations tasks. Weekend and public holiday hours are required.
