Guest Experience Lead: Front Desk & Reservations

Arcade is seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead the Host team and oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations in our vibrant London venue. You'll drive guest experiences, manage bookings, coordinate with restaurant managers and FOH teams, and develop a warm, seamless arrival and departure for guests.

With 2+ years in a senior reception or reservations role, you'll coach a high-volume team, optimise SevenRooms/OpenTable systems, and ensure accurate guest records while maintaining
