The Ivy Collection is seeking a Senior Receptionist to join our front-of-house team in one of the UK's best-loved brands. You will be the first warm, professional greeting for guests and support the Reception Manager in building an efficient, caring department.

You will supervise junior receptionists, uphold service standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere across shifts. Excellent English and guest-service passion are essential.
