Guest Experience Lead - Club Front Desk

The Club Company is seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist at our Exeter club to welcome members and guests. You will be the first point of contact, greet people politely, handle calls, and assist with membership sign-in and messages.

In addition, you will manage appointments for the admin team, handle payments, and help with front-of-house tasks to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all visitors.
