Guest Experience Lead - 4 Hotel Reception (Flexible Hours)

Grand Hotel Malahide in Ireland is seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead the reception team of our 4 property. You will ensure guests enjoy an outstanding arrival and departure experience and occasionally manage duty shifts to keep service levels high.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in a similar 4 /5 property with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
