Guest Experience Host: Premium Holiday Magic (Ascot)

LaplandUK, based near Ascot, is seeking friendly Guest Relations staff for the 2026 season. You will greet guests, answer questions, and resolve in-the-moment issues with a touch of Lapland magic.

You'll work at key locations across the experience, using our onsite system and touchscreen devices. A positive attitude, excellent communication, and teamwork are essential.

Minimum commitment of 3 shifts per week and authorisation to work in the United Kingdom are required.
