Guest Experience Host

Soho House in London is seeking a Host to warmly welcome members and guests, greet arrivals, manage reservations, and support the floor team to seat current and upcoming bookings.

You will deliver outstanding service from first greeting through to seating, respond to inquiries promptly, and maintain menu knowledge to advise on allergens and pairings.

This full-time, on-site role offers a fast-paced environment, flexible shifts including weekends, team meals, staff discounts, and ongoing training.
