Guest Experience Host

The National Trust is seeking a Welcome & Service Team Member for the West Birmingham, Wolverhampton & The Black Country portfolio. You will be the public face, welcoming visitors and sharing information to ensure a memorable experience.

This permanent, part-time role requires 15 hours per week over two days, including weekends, with an online assessment in lieu of a CV. Salary is £10,335 per annum (pro rata) or £13.25 per hour.
