Guest Experience Host - Warm Welcomes & Service

Haven is seeking a Guest Experience Team Member to welcome guests at the check-in gate and reception, creating a warm, inviting first impression and assisting with their needs.

You'll listen to questions, resolve concerns with patience, collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment both outdoors and at check-in areas. Training is provided and career development opportunities exist.
