Guest Experience Host - Nights, Weekends & Rewards

Metropolitan Gaming in Manchester is seeking a Receptionist to greet guests, handle enquiries and ensure a courteous, efficient service. You'll play a key role in delivering a welcoming atmosphere and guiding customers through rewards and membership journeys.

The role requires availability for nights, evenings and weekends within a 24/7 trading week. You should be 18+ with the right to work in the UK and comfortable standing for long periods.
