Guest Experience Host - Hotel Reception & Reservations

Crazy Bear Beaconsfield is seeking a warm, organised Hotel Receptionist to welcome guests and manage check-ins, check-outs and inquiries across two hotels. You'll coordinate with housekeeping, restaurants, bars, and other departments to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

You will handle phone and email inquiries, upsell bedrooms and services, and maintain accurate billing while keeping handovers clear between shifts, with discretion over guest information.
