Guest Experience Front Desk Agent

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Front Office team member at our Harlow property to ensure a seamless guest check-in/check-out experience and maximise occupancy. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, promoting hotel services while upholding security and safety standards.

This fixed-term maternity cover runs 17 July 2026 to 16 July 2027. Strong communication, organisational skills and experience with Opera or Fidelio are essential.
