Guest Experience Floor Manager

Soho House & Co. in Central London (Cecconi's Mayfair) is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee the food and beverage operation on the floor, leading a team to deliver a polished and efficient service while upholding Soho House standards and creating an approachable yet elevated atmosphere for members and guests.

You will greet guests, take orders, make recommendations and ensure seamless service throughout shifts, with a focus on training, performance, and continuous improvement.
