Guest Experience Concierge

Dormont Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Host to be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a welcoming experience at the front door. You will greet, seat, and assist guests, and may also support as a tour guide or entertainer when appropriate.

Responsibilities include opening doors, directing guests to areas, answering questions, and ensuring a clean, organized waiting area while maintaining safety standards. Excellent guest communication and a friendly attitude are essential.
