Guest Experience Concierge

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Host to be the first point of contact for guests, greeting and seating them with warmth and professionalism. You may also serve as a guide, entertainer, or informative host, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere at the front door.

You will open doors, answer questions, keep the waiting area tidy, and support servers and management. A positive, organized, and courteous attitude is essential to ensuring guests have an exceptional experience.
