Guest Experience & Reservations Lead - Events & Sales

Albert's Schloss Birmingham, part of the Mission Mars group, is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead reactive enquiries, manage corporate and agency bookings, and upsell experiences to maximise guest spend. You'll coordinate events, handovers to Operations and support seasonal showcases with the Sales team.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, commercially minded, with excellent communication skills and hospitality experience. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.
