Leonardo Hotels UK is seeking an Assistant M&E Operations Manager to oversee guest care and lead hotel teams across our UK portfolio. You will mentor shift teams, drive service standards and ensure SOPs are applied consistently to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

In this role you will collaborate with the Mé Operations Manager, support recruitment, training and HR processes, and help maintain operational assets and inventory.
