Guest Experience & Events Host

Tenpin Cambridge is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience by managing reception bookings, answering enquiries, and hosting events.

You will work across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms and children's parties, serving food and drinks and keeping the centre clean and welcoming. The role requires energy, confidence and a positive attitude, with fully flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
