Guest Experience Agent - Front Desk

Holiday Inn is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent in Luton. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will ensure a warm welcome and efficient check-in, while providing outstanding service throughout their visit.

Preferred candidates will have prior front desk or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of hotel reservation systems like Opera.
