Guernsey People & Culture Officer

A reputable recruitment agency is seeking a People & Culture Officer for a permanent position based in Guernsey. The successful candidate will be responsible for administration and support services within the people function across the trust group. Must have achieved Level 3 CIPD Certificate, possibly working towards Level 5 CIPD Diploma, with strong technical knowledge in the field.
