GTM Strategy & Partner Ops Leader

Vanta is seeking a Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to own day-to-day Channel Operations while shaping the partner GTM motion. You will collaborate with Channel leadership, GTM Operations, Finance, and Marketing to design scalable operating models and governance across partner ecosystems.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, partner programs, deal registration, and attribution, balancing immediate needs with long-term growth while building trusted relationships at all levels.
